Niles revenue down; new billing system coming

NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – Auditor Chuck Nader warned the Niles city council that revenue for the first two months of the year is lower than this time last year.

That may be because of a new billing software being used, which should be fully in place by mid-April, allowing the city to process all mailed checks within 24 hours.

Customers will also be able to review charges and pay their bills online through the city’s website.
