Search for missing PA teen continues

NEWTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKBN) — The search continues for a 13-year-old Eastern Pennsylvania boy who disappeared Wednesday.

Police said Cayman Naib was last seen at his Newtown Township home. They said he vanished shortly after his school sent an e-mail saying he hadn’t turned in a homework assignment and was going to fail his class.

The boy’s father said he believes the teen ran away.

“We think he panicked and decided to take off in the middle of the storm,” said the boy’s father, Farid Naib. “Cayman, come home. This is not that big of a deal.”

Volunteers have joined police and the FBI in the search for the teen.
