Water warning issued for Reynolds customers

GREENVILLE, Pa. (WKBN) — Reynolds Water customers are being told to not drink their water.

According to a release from the Mercer County company, the water has a pH level that is too low.

Costumers are advised to use alternative sources of water for cooking, drinking or food preparation.

Boiling, freezing and filtering the water will not fix the issue, the release states.

The company says there is no health threat at this time and they are fixing the problem.

Things should be back to normal early next week.

Reynolds Water has about 650 residential and business customers in the Greenville area.
