Reynolds water ban lifted

BOARDMAN (WKBN) – Reynolds Water customers can drink the water again.

The company says that as of Friday, the water was safe to drink.

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection issued the ban March 20 because of low Ph levels in the water.

It affected about 650 customers in Mercer County who get their water from the company.

The cause of the low Ph isn’t known, but could be due to melted snow mixing with the water supply.
