Man charged with robbing Youngstown bank arraigned

Police say Jayquan Manigault walked into the bank last month and pretended to open an account.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The man accused of robbing the Chase bank on Market Street made his first court appearance Tuesday after being brought back to Ohio from Georgia.

Police say Jayquan Manigault walked into the bank last month and pretended to open an account when he handed a teller money demanding money.

He was traced to a house in Youngstown by a call he placed at the bank.

Police said they arrested him in Georgia after he fled there.
