Man shot in Warren while walking dog

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Warren police are trying to figure out who shot and wounded a man who was walking his dog.

According to the Tribune Chronicle, Tyrone Henderson, 34, told police he was walking his dog along Milton Street S.E. near Hazelwood Avenue around 6 p.m. Wednesday when someone shot him in the leg.

Henderson said the assailant walked up behind him, yelled “Hey” and then shot him.

So far, no suspects have been arrested as police continue to investigate the assault.
