Court asked to combine lawsuits in Trumbull County car crash

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — A court is being asked to combine three lawsuits related to a Warren crash that left six people dead.

The crash happened in March 2013, killing the 19-year-old driver and five boys riding with her.

Investigators determined the vehicle was going twice the 35-mph speed limit and flipped into a pond.

Family members have sued the city and Trumbull County — claiming they didn’t properly maintain the road and guardrail.

The city and county are asking the court to combine the lawsuits into one because they are all related to the same incident.
