Struthers home invasion leads to raid, stash of guns

STRUTHERS, Ohio (WKBN) – A home invasion at 52 E. Oakland Ave. on Thursday night sent the resident to the hospital with head injuries and a stab wound to his left arm, according to Struthers police.

Police raided a home at 86 Snyder St. on Friday, where they arrested one of the suspects, Colin Anzevino. A second raid at 320 Deer Creek resulted in the arrest of Marc Cooper. Poland Police Chief Brian Goodin arrested another suspect in the home invasion, Timothy Conzett, on Friday morning, according to Struthers Police Detective Jeff Lewis.

Struthers detectives said police recovered the victim’s stolen prescription pills, 15 rifles and other personal items from the Deer Creek home.

All three suspects are facing charges of aggravated burglary and felonious assault. Conzett and Cooper also are facing 15 counts of receiving stolen property for the rifles that were found at their house, police said.
