Man found fatally shot in car in Cincinnati neighborhood

CINCINNATI (AP) – Police say they are investigating the death of a man found fatally shot in a car in Cincinnati as a homicide.

A statement Sunday from Cincinnati police said 23-year-old Naquez Mitchell was found unresponsive in a car around noon Sunday in the city’s South Cumminsville neighborhood.

Police say Mitchell had already died from gunshot wounds when they arrived. The police homicide unit is investigating.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call the police department’s criminal investigation section or contact CrimeStoppers.
