Bishop said that after an ongoing investigation, police arrested the teen’s cousin, Thomas Catalde, Jr., charging him with reckless homicide, a third-degree felony.

Before 11 p.m. Saturday night, police said Catalde shot the fifteen-year-old in the face while showing off a new shotgun at a house on Rita Avenue in Warren Township.
