HUNTINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKBN) – A western Pennsylvania woman is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy at a party at her house, then telling the teen to keep quiet.
The boy claims Sherry Lee, 45, picked up him and two friends, one of which is Lee’s son, from a high school football game last fall and took them back to Lee’s home in Huntington Township.
The teenager says Lee gave them vodka and beer and was drinking and smoking marijuana with them.
Eventually, the boy says Lee took him to her room and had sex with him.
Lee waived her right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday, and she denies the whole thing ever happened.
Lee’s attorney, Allen Roth, said he can’t say for sure what happened that night.
“I can’t tell you. There were several children there. There were several children who stayed overnight. That what I know,” Roth said.
Lee faces felony charges of statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors. She also faces misdemeanor charges of indecent assault of a person under 16 years old and furnishing liquor to minors.
