Paradise Bar in Warren open again but with restrictions

The Paradise Bar in Warren, Ohio will re-open with restrictions.

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A bar in Warren that closed after a shooting in January is open again but with some changes.

According to the Tribune Chronicle, Paradise Bar & Grill on North Park Avenue is back open. But there will be a few changes.

The owners closed the bar back in February after a shooting there left three people injured. At the time, the City of Warren considered declaring Paradise Bar a nuisance.

The owners and city council members now agreed to new rules at the bar.

It will close at 1 a.m. as opposed to the old closing time of 2:30 a.m. The age of admission will be raised to 25.

Professional security will be hired between 8:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. and managers will make sure all cars are out of the parking lot after it closes. That is to try to prevent loitering.
