Salem man charged with having sex in Pa. park

NEW BETHLEHEM, Pa. (WKBN) – Police charged a Salem man and a Pennsylvania woman with having sex in a public park in New Bethlehem, Pa., on Tuesday, May 12, according to a police report.

New Bethlehem Police charged Brian Manley, 32, and Lauren Greenfield, 27, with open lewdness, the report states.

Police reported receiving a call from a woman whose daughter was visiting Gumtown Park and said she saw the two having sex under a blanket. Upon talking to witnesses at the park, an officer found that several people had seen the incident and that one adult reported seeing Manley put his shorts on when he realized he was being watched.

Manley denied that the two were having sex. The report did not list contact information for either Manley or Greenfield. Police filed charges against the couple with a local judge’s office.
