Canfield Fair Announces 2015 Entertainment Schedule

CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – The Canfield Fair announced its 2015 grandstand entertainment schedule Wednesday, including musical acts and traditional events, according to a release.

Musical entertainment will be presented this year on different nights than it has in years past.

Wednesday, September 2 – Happy Together Tour 2015

The tour includes:

  • The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie (“It Ain’t Me Babe,” “Happy Together,” “Elenore”)
  • The Association (“Along Comes Mary,” “Cherish,” “Never My Love”)
  • Mark Lindsay [former lead singer of Paul Revere & the Raiders] (“Kicks,” “Hungry,” “Arizona”)
  • The Grass Roots (“Midnight Confessions,” “Let’s Live for Today,” “Sooner or Later”)
  • The Buckinghams (“Kind of a Drag,” “Don’t You Care,” “Mercy, Mercy, Mercy”)
  • The Cowsills (“The Rain, the Park & Other Things,” “Indian Lake,” “Hair”)

Thursday, September 3 – The Band Perry

Friday, September 4 – Demolition Derby

Saturday, September 5 – Truck and Tractor Pull and Harness Racing

Sunday, September 6 – MercyMe
As part of the Canfield Fair’s Faith and Family Day, Christian Rock band MercyMe will appear at the Grandstand Sunday evening.

Monday, September 7 – Pig Iron Derby and Harness Racing

Tickets for all Canfield Fair grandstand events will go on sale Monday, June 15 at 9:00 a.m.

The 169th edition of the Canfield Fair — Ohio’s largest county fair — will take place Wednesday, September 2 through Monday, September 7.
