Manchester routs Ursuline in Regional Semifinals

Manchester's Pavin Parks pitched a no-hitter against Ursuline Thursday in the Regional Semifinals

MASSILLON, OH (WKBN)-Manchester’s Pavin Parks pitched a CG no-hitter while the Panthers offense scored at will, topping Ursuline 8-2.

The Irish scored two runs without having a hit thru the first 3 innings thanks to errors from the Manchester defense, but Parks was able to limit the damage.

The Panthers offense warmed up in the 4th inning scoring 4 runs on Irish ace Joel Hake to give Manchester their first lead of the game.

While Parks continued his dominance on the mound, his offense gave them some breathing room putting two more runs on the board in the 5th and 7th innings.

The win sends Manchester to their 2nd Regional Final birth in school history while the Irish finish the season with a record of 16-6.
