Girl stable after being found motionless in Poconos water park pool

SCOTRUN, Pa. (AP) – Officials say a 3-year-old girl found motionless in a swimming pool at a water park in the Poconos is listed in stable condition.

The (Allentown) Morning Call reports that the girl was found shortly after 8 p.m. Friday at the Great Wolf Lodge in Monroe County.

Officials said she was in the pool at the indoor water park in the Scotrun village in Pocono Township.

She was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where she was listed in stable condition Saturday.

Township police said an MRI was planned to determine the extent of her injuries.
