Heavy rains caused localized flooding in Masury, Ohio.

MASURY, Ohio – (WKBN) – Rhonda Double of Masury says it only took 10 minutes before the rain started causing problems on Sunday.

“It was coming down the street so bad. Garbage was flowing down the street. The sewers were totally overrun. You couldn’t see any of the ditches on the side of the roads,” Double said.

Double says the same problem has happened three or four other times during heavy rains, causing concern for the elderly community.
