In Columbiana County, WKBN received reports of trees down, and the roof of a barn being torn off.

The storms also caused some roads to flood once again, including streets on the south side of Youngstown and parts of Boardman.

Cars traveled through standing water near the intersection of Glenwood Avenue and W. Judson Ave. on the city’s south side.
