diane ervin of vienna ohio sentenced

VIENNA, Ohio (WKBN) – A judge sentenced a foster mother from Vienna Township Tuesday after a jury found her guilty of child endangerment earlier in June.

A judge sentenced Diane Ervin to two years in state prison, with credit for time already served. Ervin will have to pay for her court costs.

The child’s pediatrician reported in September that the two-month-old child in Ervin’s care had a broken leg. A jury found Ervin not guilty of felonious assault but guilty of child endangerment.
