Hubbard police searching for bank robbery suspect

Police in Hubbard, Ohio are looking for a suspect in the attempted robbery of the PNC bank on West Liberty Street.

HUBBARD, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are looking for a man who they say attempted to rob a bank in Hubbard Thursday afternoon.

According to the Tribune Chronicle, a man entered the bank about 2:30 p.m. wearing a t-shirt, gym shorts and a batting glove on his right hand. He handed a teller a note but then took the note back and left the bank in a black SUV.

Police ask that anyone with information contact Detective David Oaks at the Hubbard Police Department, 330-534-8153, Ext. 3006.
