New Castle man charged with sexually assaulting 13-year-old

NEW CASTLE, Pa. (WKBN) – Pennsylvania State Police have charged a New Castle man with sexually assaulting a thirteen-year-old, according to a police report sent Friday.

Police have charged Jason Myers, 20, of New Castle with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Police arrested Myers after a forensic interview of the victim, according to the report.

Myers appeared before a judge and entered Lawrence County Jail, being held on $20,000 bond, Myers’ preliminary hearing is set for July 2.
