Police say Union Twp. raid turned up heroin, guns

UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKBN) – Police in Lawrence County raided a Union Township home Tuesday evening, finding heroin and guns, according to a post on the Lawrence County District Attorney’s Facebook page.

Numerous police departments participated in the raid, according to the post, which resulted in the arrest of George Wyatt, 52, on drug and gun charges.

Police found two stolen handguns, an assault rifle, over 9 grams of heroin and cash inside the Court Street home in Union Township, according to the Facebook post.

A judge set Wyatt’s bond $250,000, and he is scheduled to appear back in court next week.
