A Boardman officer found Chatman on Market St. and held him at gunpoint until other officers came and handcuffed him, according to the street. Police also reported finding a gun on top of a building on Market St. which matched the description of the gun which the women said Chatman pulled out at the apartment.

Police transported Chatman to the Mahoning County Jail until his initial court appearance, which was scheduled for Thursday evening.
