Farmers Bank in Mineral Ridge robbed

The suspect in today's Farmer's National Bank robbery in Mineral Ridge

MINERAL RIDGE, Ohio (WKBN) – Weathersfield police are looking for a man who robbed a bank in Mineral Ridge.

It happened just before p.m. at the Farmers National Bank at 3826 Main St. Police say a man robbed the bank and left the store, heading down state Route 46 and up one of the side streets on foot.

Chief Michael Naples says a weapon wasn’t shown, but the suspect indicated that he had one.

Naples said the man is 5-feet, 7-inches and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He was wearing a royal blue sweatshirt or hoodie. The suspect was also wearing a wig at the time.
