According to Youngstown police, Brayquan Walker, 16, is facing aggravated murder charges in connection to the shooting death of Jarell Brown.

Brown’s body was discovered Sunday, July 28 near the corner of Market Street and Indianola Avenue in the city’s uptown area.

Walker is being held at the Juvenile Justice Center.

Police are still looking for 15-year old James Johnson.

Police believe Brown was killed because of a disagreement over a crime the three had committed in the past that led to them being arrested.
