YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A convicted sex offender from West Virginia is in the Mahoning County Jail Tuesday.

U.S. Marshals picked up fifty-three-year-old James Adams Tuesday afternoon at a home on Youngstown’s south side.

WKBN has learned that Adams was wanted for failing to register his whereabouts with authorities in Brook County, West Virginia.
