YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The U.S. Marshals arrested a teenager Tuesday in connection with Youngstown’s latest homicide.
The marshals arrested James Johnson, 15, Tuesday on Youngstown’s east side, saying he is a suspect in the shooting death of Jarell Brown on Sunday, July 26.
Youngstown Police previously arrested Brayquan Walker, 16, charging him with aggravated murder in Brown’s death.
Brown’s body was discovered Sunday, July 28 near the corner of Market Street and Indianola Avenue in the city’s uptown area.
Police believe Brown was killed because of a disagreement over a crime the three had committed in the past that led to them being arrested.
