Campbell police investigate robbery at bakery

Bakery robbed in Campbell, Ohio

CAMPBELL, Ohio (WKBN) – Campbell police are looking for a man who tried to hold up a local bakery Wednesday afternoon.

Police said a man walked into Christy’s Pastry Shop on Twelfth Street shortly after noon and demanded money. The store keeper told police she thought the suspect was carrying a shotgun, but he ran off when she went into a back room.

Officers brought in a K-9 to try and track the suspect, but he could not pick up the trail. No one was hurt.
