2 charged after Lisbon meth lab discovered

LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) – Police arrested two people Thursday, Aug. 6, after serving a search warrant at a house in Lisbon and finding a meth lab inside, according to a press release.

The release stated that police charged Ronald Lacey, 39, with manufacturing drugs and arrested Courtney Wilson, 24, since she had a warrant for her arrest.

Columbiana County Drug Task Force officers, along with Lisbon Police, served a search warrant and raided a house at 40172 State Route 154 in Lisbon. According to the release, they found a lab for making meth, chemicals for making meth, scales and drug paraphernalia.

Police say further charges in connection with the meth operation are pending.

The Lisbon Fire Department helped with cleaning up the lab.
