YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown firefighters were busy late Monday night and early Tuesday. They responded twice, to the same address.
A vacant house on South Osborn Avenue on the west side was engulfed in flames the first time around. Fire crews knocked the fire down at around 11:45 p.m.
But the fire rekindled just after 12 midnight, sending the department back to hose it down again. The department is investigating.
Youngstown Fire Department Investigator Alvin Ware said that his team is investigating the fire and believes that it may be a case of arson.
