Feds indict 2 Youngstown men on drug charges

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WKBN) – A federal grand jury has indicted two Youngstown men on drug-related charges. Both had cocaine in their possession.

20-year-old Juan Jose Rojas Pena had 500 grams of cocaine. He’s charged with possession with intent to distribute.

35-year-old Christopher Brown is accused of having 28 grams of coke with the intention to distribute it, says the indictment. He also possessed a quantity of heroin.

Brown is also charged with operating a crack house on Parkcliffe Avenue. That’s the so-called Federal Crack House Statute. The Youngstown Police Vice Squad assisted in that investigation.
