YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A judge dismissed charges against two men for a double homicide on Youngstown’s East Side in 2012 on Wednesday.

Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Maureen Sweeney dismissed the charges of aggravated murder because witnesses for the prosecution could not be found.

Willie Daniel Junior and Tijuan Muldrow were charged in the shooting deaths of Ibn Shakoor and Michael Johnson.

Prosecutors say the charges can be refiled.
