Labor Dept: LifeFleet wants meeting on violations


NORTH LIMA, Ohio (WKBN) – A North lima-based ambulance company is appealing a list of violations and a fine from the US Department of Labor.

LifeFleet has requested a meeting after being hit with 14 health violations and a $235,000 fine. Those come out of an OSHA inspection where ambulance workers were left unprotected from blood and other bodily fluids.
