CINCINNATI (AP) – Police say they are looking for multiple gunmen after two people were fatally shot and five people wounded during a brawl outside a fraternal lodge in Cincinnati.
The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that the shooting occurred during a fight at an Elks Lodge early Saturday in the city’s Madisonville neighborhood. The fight started in a bar area at the lodge and spilled out into the street.
A Cincinnati police sergeant tells the newspaper that one of the wounded is being treated in an intensive care unit for a spinal injury and that injuries to the other four people who were wounded aren’t life threatening.
Police arrested numerous people at the scene for fighting, but no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
