Two OVI checkpoints in Mahoning County weekend of August 21

CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – The Mahoninin County OVI Task Force will conduct two sobriety checkpoints the weekend of August 21.

The primary goal of the task force is to make the roadways in Mahoning County safer.

Law enforcement will be vigilant in enforcing the drinking and driving laws throughout the county.

The hope is that motorists will make good decisions and choose to not drink and drive.
