New Warren police cruiser rolls with Raider pride

Police in Warren,Ohio unveil the new Raider Nation Cruiser.

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Warren Police Department is showing off one of their vehicles that just underwent a makeover. The Raider Nation Cruiser was picked up Friday from R.L. Smith Graphics in Boardman.

The vehicle is for the school resource officers to show off their Raider pride. Officer Christopher Martin says he’s ecstatic with how it came out.

“We wanted to find a way that we could make a connection with the community, especially the students and the school staff, and what better way of doing that than through an iconic and most visible piece of police equipment – the cruiser,” Martin said.

The car will be at the Warren G. Harding football game Friday night.
