YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – It was a different kind of class reunion on the south side of Youngstown Sunday. You had to ride a motorcycle to take part.
More than one hundred people came to Crickets Bar on East Midlothian Blvd for the Woodrow Wilson High School bike reunion. It’s open to graduates of all years, and this is the 8th year Wilson has done this.
Tom Leonelli is one of the organizers of the event. He says, “It’s great, because some guys you haven’t seen in years. A lot of guys, I haven’t in seen 20, 30 years that come. Like I said, every year it grows more and more, and you see people you haven’t seen in years. Everybody just has a great time.”
Graduates from as far away as Florida and Nevada came to reconnect. Then they got on their bikes and rode up to Geneva-on-the-Lake.
