WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The so-called ringleader of an illegal off-road vehicle rally remains in the Trumbull County Jail. The judge ordered Trevor Hall be held without bond.
Hall was arraigned by video camera Wednesday morning after being booked into the jail earlier in the morning. He faces three felony charges, in addition to probation violations.
Officers had been looking for him after making several other arrests over the weekend. Many of the others arrested have been released.
On Sunday, police say nearly 70 riders illegally drove ATVs, 4-wheelers and dirt bikes around the county on public streets. Police say Hall organized the ride, but he told WKBN on Monday that it was meant to be peaceful.
