WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The man police say was the ringleader of an illegal ride by 70 off-road vehicles in Trumbull County is in the county jail. Trevor Hall was booked into the jail at 1:05 Wednesday morning, according to the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office.
Warren police had been looking for Hall ever since making additional arrests in the so-called “rally” Sunday afternoon. Police produced dashcam video of the riders being reckless at stop signs and red lights.
Hall spoke to WKBN on Monday, claiming the ride was intended to be peaceful. But at least one law enforcement officer was told by a participant that the end game was to disrupt safety services.
Hall is charged with resisting arrest and two other charges. He is being held without bond in the Trumbull County Jail.
