Southington shuts out Sebring

SEBRING, Ohio (WKBN) – Southington hit the road in week two, taking on host Sebring, where dominated on both side of the ball, winning 28-0.  The victory was the first at Southington for veteran Head Coach Bill Bohren, and the 289th in his storied career.

Both teams looking for their first win on the season.

Early on Sebring’s Nate Martin takes the ball on 2nd and 10, looking for daylight, but was met by David Basista who took him down for a loss putting an end to the drive.

On the next drive, the Wildcats made it into Sebring territory when quarterback Travis Lehmann connects for a big 20 yard gain to Alex Hickey. The play set up a 12 yard touchdown run by fullback Rueben Childs.
