VIENNA TWP, Ohio (WKBN) – A follow-up to that stolen wallet story WKBN had on Friday. A 24-year-old man has turned himself in.

Jacob Koval went to Vienna police Friday night; he’s in the Trumbull County Jail. He will be arraigned Tuesday on a fifth degree felony theft charge in Girard court.

A customer left his wallet on the counter at the Circle K on Route 193 in Vienna Center on Wednesday night. When he returned a half hour later, it was gone.

A store employee searched through surveillance video and observed the thief entering the store and taking the wallet.
