Greenville museum open house

GREENVILLE, Pa. (WKBN) – The Waugh House Museum opened its doors Sunday to the people of Greenville to show off their new upgrades.

Members of the Greenville Area Historical Society were on hand to guide tours and to celebrate the museum’s new windows and outside paint job.

“It is a secret a lot of people don’t even know exists. But, as I say, we have the history of Greenville, clear back to the 1800s,” said Marie Julian, president of the Greenville Area Historical Society.

The free event included balloons for the kids, hot dogs and refreshments.
