SHENANGO, Pa. (WKBN) – Investigators continue to look into the cause of a fatal fire from Tuesday in Lawrence County.

A mother and daughter died when flames swept through their Shenango Township home. Aidan Kelley was just nine-years-old, and her mother, Kalle Convery was 33.

Two other family members, the father and son, were able to make it out of the burning house.

State Police say the dad, Andrew Kelly, smashed a window and pulled out his 6-year-old son, Quentin, but wasn’t able to get to his wife and daughter.

Medical personnel released Andrew from the hospital Tuesday, and police told First News he’s at the hospital with his son.
