WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The man who police labeled as the ringleader of an illegal off-road-vehicle rally is out of jail Wednesday.
According to the Trumbull County Sheriff’s website, Trevor Hall was released on bond Tuesday.
Police arrested him earlier this month after 70 people drove ATVs , 4-wheelers and dirt bikes on public roads.
Investigators said Hall organized the ride, but he told First News it was meant to be peaceful.
Hall is now facing several felony charges, in addition to probation violations.
