Police to hold OVI checkpoint in Warren Twp. Thursday

WARREN TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – The Trumbull County OVI Task Force will be having a checkpoint Thursday night in Warren Township after 6 p.m., according to an email from Warren Police Officer Ben Harrell.

Harrell said that the checkpoint will be on West Market Street, east of Leavitt Road.

Vehicles that go through the checkpoint could be given more than just a warning from officers.

Police held five OVI checkpoints in Trumbull County in August.
