Jackson-Milton is 3-0 again

WINDHAM, Ohio (WKBN) – The Blue Jays jumped out to a 20-0 lead in the first quarter as they’ve now started back-to-back seasons 3-0 following their 26-14 victory over Windham.

Jackson-Milton’s Joey Burnside rushed for 102 yards and two scores. Mike Assion completed 11 of 19 passes for 139 yards. Noah Laster caught 6 of his 11 tosses for 95 yards. The Jays’ compiled 330 total yards of offense.

Windham’s Brady Russell crossed the goal line twice as he accumulated 152 yards rushing.

After road games over the last two weeks, Jackson-Milton (3-0) will play host to Leetonia. The Bombers (2-1) will be in Southington next Friday against the Wildcats.
