Niles man arraigned in mobile meth lab case

Donald Brown was arraigned in Trumbull County for having a mobile meth lab.

NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – A Niles man accused of having an active meth lab inside a large canvas bag in his dining room was arraigned in common pleas court.

Donald Brown, 42, pleaded not guilty to felony drug possession and illegal manufacture of drugs. Bond was set at $30,000 dollars.

Brown was initially arrested for a probation violation in July when a probation officer and members of the TAG unit went to question him at his Summit Street home about pseudoephedrine purchases they’ve been tracking.

During a walk-through of the home, officers say they found the meth lab.

Brown is due back in court on September 15.
