WEST MIDDLESEX, Pennsylvania (WKBN) – West Middlesex turned the ball over 4 times but still was able to come away with a 22-16 victory tonight over Lakeview.

The Big Reds gained 235 yards of total offense (184 passing) compared to Lakeview’s offensive output of 228 yards (176 rushing).

Nick Cannone completed 50% of his tosses (12-24) for 184 yards and 2 scores for West Middlesex. Luke Hemminger led the Big Reds in rushing with 40 yards. Hemminger (47 yards) and Cody Kobielus (36 yards) both had 2 catches.

Lakeview was led by a trio of rushers – Tanner Reddick (55 yards), Austin Rice (55 yards, 2 TDs) and Jake Doddo (33 yards). Reddick had an interception on defense.

The Big Reds (2-0) will be in Farrell next week when they meet the Steelers. Lakeview (1-1) will play at Mercer.
