Wilmington stays unbeaten

NEW WILMINGTON, Pennsylvania (WKBN) – Wilmington is 2-0 following their 42-0 victory tonight over Mercer. The Greyhounds jumped out to a 21-0 lead in the opening twelve minutes.

Wilmington’ Spencer DeMedal threw for 234 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Mercer knocked off Eisenhower in week one (41-14). Last year, the Mustangs lost to Wilmington in week two 49-28. The ‘Hounds have scored 80 points in their first two games of the 2015 season.

The Greyhounds will play at home against East Liverpool from Ohio next week. Mercer will play host to the Sailors of Lakeview.
