Possible tornado damages Vermilion service center

A tornado may have touched down in Vermilion, Ohio.

VERMILION, Ohio (WKBN) – Investigators from the National Weather Service will determine if a tornado touched down in Vermilion Saturday.

According to the Vermilion Police Department, a possible tornado touched down just after 5 p.m. at the city’s service center.

Most of the damage was contained to the roof. No injuries were reported.

Investigators will assess the area and determine if the damage was caused by a tornado.
